01. Preperation

This stage focusses on preparing for the change which includes; gap analysis, assessing readiness, engaging stakeholders, understanding the vision, scope and need for change as well as what are the measures for success.

02. Planning

The planning phase is about ensuring alignment between stakeholders, analysing risks, having a clear change management project plan and delivery team that focusses on people and process as well as a detailed engagement and communications plan.

03. Implementation

During implementation, leadership, communication and training are some the critical areas to support teams and individuals throughout the change process as well as feedback mechanisms and managing any conflict that arises.

04. Consolidation

Consolidation is about anchoring the new approaches and reviewing and evaluating the change against the initial vision and success measures.
