Next Steps Outplacement celebrates first anniversary

Today marks one year since Next Steps began its collaboration with ResourceBank to create ‘Next Steps Outplacement Services’.

In the last 12 months we’ve been passing on our expertise and advice to help over 100 people through their career transitions by providing a range of tailored outplacement services. Every project has been unique and based purely around the needs of our clients. During the pandemic we have continued to offer our services remotely as well as creating a bespoke website with a suite of resources and practical tasks for our service users.

Just some of the things we’ve been able to support with are listed below and can be done on a 1-1 basis or as a workshop if you have a larger group:

  • Building your CV and brand

  • Job applications and cover letters

  • Networking

  • Interview preparation

  • Looking after your wellbeing

  • Preparing for the first 90 days in your new jobs

We’re able to support everyone from senior Directors as well as operational and front-line team members.

Next Steps Consulting’s Director of Wellbeing and Client Relationships, Gemma Carter-Morris said:

“The past 12 months have been particularly challenging for both organisations going through rightsizing and employees being made redundant. We have partnered with many organisations to offer expert advice and a bespoke service throughout the process and have given individuals the help they need to move on within their careers and well as emotional and wellbeing support throughout.”

Some our our client testimonials include:

"I've had three confirmed job offers and another two in the pipeline, may I take the time once more to thank you for your help".

You have helped me build confidence, find some direction, and discover the things that drive me, looking at what I want to achieve in life".

"Next Steps is truly client centric with a tailored approach to each individual".

"Next Steps take the time to understand what makes you tick, your thought processes, preferences and most importantly where your skills are best suited".
